I just finished my Celtics coffee table. It's 4'x2' and the court is made with popsicle sticks. This has been a 3+ year off and on project. I'm pretty pumped it's done. :)

Just...totally beautiful, ScottHow!!!! So impressive. It looks like a true labor of love.
-
Wow that's awesome.
You'll see me on Shark Tank next week stealing this idea and trying to get Mark Cuban to invest in my basketball court coffee table idea.
If people buy the things FLCeltsFan is always posting to start off the game threads, people will buy these.
At the least, you and contramundum (dude who did the mural in his kids room) (http://forums.celticsblog.com/index.php?topic=63514.msg1430672#msg1430672) should go into business, as interior decorators :)
-
great job. Beer pong?
-
That is awesome, TP. And my advance condolences for whenever your current/future kids use it for beer pong.

Beer pong is OK, just as long as they don't play quarters on that thing.
-
Sick! Prop that baby up for some beruit as long as you got clorox wipes handy... No dice, no quarters.

I would so buy this.
I'm sure you want to enjoy this for yourself, but I bet that you could get a really really nice donation if this was an item in one of the charity fundraisers.
-
Wow. That's dope man. Great job. Those 3+ years were worth. I would most definitely buy that for my crib.
-
Thanks again everyone!
As for the beer pong/quarters........stay away from my baby!!! lol

Awesome table. i'd want to get miniature, goals at each end and shot tennis ball hoops while eating popcorn. ;D

This isn't really "on-topic", but I have to give a shout-out to pearljammer for calling beruit by it's proper name.
Shame on all of you who call it beer-pong!
Major props to ScottHow for the table. That is impressive. No way would I play beruit on that.

This.
I still can't get over how awesome this table is.

So, here's the real question inquiring minds want to know. Did you actually acquire all those popsicle sticks by eating that many popsicles, or did you just buy the ones you find at craft stores?
I'm hoping to hear you ate hundreds of green popsicles!
-
Thanks everyone!
And I wish I could say I ate hundreds of green popsicles to make this table but that wasn't the case, lol.
-
Awesome job man, high five!
-
very, very, very cool.
Consider posting additional photos from other angles -- i'd love to get a better view of the logo in the center :)
-
wow that's impressive. How many popsicles were harmed in the process?
Was there any sort of special process involved? I'd totally like to attempt making one of these.

Beer pong and Beirut are two completely different games. Throw pong is a third.
