Title: Keyon Dooling, could he be convinced to come out of retirement?
Post by: KGs Knee on February 11, 2013, 10:01:24 PM: If the worst is confirmed for Barbosa, would Dooling be a reasonable option? He knows the system, and is extremely well liked in the lockeroom.

Lee, Bradley & Terry could easily play the vast majority of the guard minutes, with Dooling taking up the remaining 10 or so.

the only guy I can think of out there that can replace him is Delonte West

Post by: KGs Knee on February 11, 2013, 10:11:51 PM: I'm just thinking that with 96 minutes to split up, if Terry, Lee & Bradley play close to 30 minutes each we really don't need more than 10 to 15 minutes at most.

Sure, it'd be nice to have a guy that could bring the scoring punch that Barbosa was giving us,and while Delonte seemingly could, I have to think the team would rather have someone a little more stable in the lockeroom.

West is obviously the more talented player, but it doesn't speak to well for him that he can't get an NBA job at this point. I think Delonte might have finally reached the point where his talent is no longer worth the headache.

I remember a few good games and a lot of bad ones.
There were so many posts about how bad he played. look it up.
