Danny has stated "most likely not" to trade either of these guys. Because 1 they are still valuable to the team and not many will give up what they are worth in the celtics eyes.
But what about these offers? Would you say yes? (not salary matching, bc that would be the easy part to figure out)
1) To GS: Pierce and 1st round pick
To Bos: Barnes and Ezeli
Danny was salivating at a chance to pick Barnes. But didn't have no chip to get him. What if Golden state wants to win it all this year and really feels Pierce is the guy that could give them the best chance to do that? Worse case, you can always trade him next year and still get asset back.
2) To Ind: Pierce and 1st round pick
To Bos: George
Same scenerio as above. With Pierce, Indiana has that vet presence and closer they need to make some real noise in the playoffs. The celts get one of the better up and coming sf in the league.
3) To SA : KG + 1st
To Bos: Splitter and Leonard
4) To Denver: KG + 1st
To Bos: Faried + Brewer + Mozgov + 2nd
5) To Minnesota: Kg + 2nd
To Bos: Derrick Williams + 1st
Derrick williams was a #2 pick for a reason. He is playing well recently. But the Minny could use a guy like KG to get the organization in order again. I'm guessing KG would only waive his no trade if pp gets traded and he goes to a contending team or else i feel back to his first team.
thoughts on these trade ideas?

All of them.

All of them.
put that rum down brotha

I don't think 1 or 2 work out money-wise. Or 3. Or 4 or 5.
None of those teams have the cap space to swallow Pierce's contract (or KG) IIRC.

KG trades are meh, but getting Barnes + Ezeli or Paul George would be no brainers.
Once you move Pierce might as well move KG, though we wouldn't be much worse with George.

my friend i put in brackets, not including contract matching. You can include fillers to make the trade work salary wise

Yeah this is more dreamland anyways, why worry about salary rules.

Why over compensate for OLD people?

really you think the kg trade ideas are only ok?
You are definitely getting back your money's worth talent wise. But yeah, i mean how can you replace kg really

you don't think GS might be a pierce away to win it all?
no way they have the closer now to get it done in the playoffs. Curry is untested
Same goes for IND.
With KG, that will propel Den from being dangerous to one of the top three teams from the west. Duncan + KG for SA, enough said.

In Realgm trade checker, Biedris, Barnes & Ezeli works for Pierce salary wises. That would be tough to turn down. I wanted the C's to get Barnes after his freshman season at UNC. One of my favorite Tar Heels. (The C's should also look to get Henson. He would be a perfect complement to Sully)
[Edit]: Also, what about this KG trade? http://espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=axom8ml (http://espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=axom8ml)
With us getting Toronto's pick. OKC would have to move Kevin Martin into the starting lineup, but that's why I threw in Barbosa. Major improvements to their rotation without a huge loss. Could even switch Reggie Jackson with Perry Jones and I think OKC still does it.

They would not over compensate with their already talented pieces. They would make fair deals and we would have to refuse.

They all suck. Any trade that sends out KG or Pierce sucks.
That is all.

Fillers sometimes completely change the value of a trade. For instance, you brought up Paul George.
If Boston was only willing to take back 1 year contracts aside from George,
Bost trades: Pierce, 1st
Ind Trades: P George, D West, B Hansbrough, J Pendergraph
works, but its a very lopsided trade for boston. So then you allow Boston will take back other salary obligations.
Bos Trades: Paul Pierce, 1st
Ind Trades: Danny Granger, Paul George
That also works, but is completely lopsided again. But, Granger is rumored to be on the block, with a degenerative knee disorder. So maybe you find a 3rd team willing to take on Granger. But then what's coming back with that? Who is the team?
The point is, its not 'the easiest part' to match salaries in all cases.
With the Warriors, I have said before that R Jefferson, Harrison Barnes for Pierce and a top ten protected 1st would be an acceptable haul (and works salary-wise). That one is easy.

In the fantasy world where these trades are possibilities, I'll take trades 2 and 4, please.
