Title: Leandro Barbosa
Post by: j804 on February 02, 2013, 06:56:52 PM
You gotta give props to this guy he's been nice these past few games. He rode the bench but still was always the first one to come off it and congratulate his teammates. Now with Rondo down he get's his chance comes in and blends in perfectly sparking us like he's always been in the rotation.

I love his scoop shots kissed off the glass, when he gets a step on you nine times out of ten you aren't stopping him. He is all heart and hustle and the guy will play hard for you wether he's playing good or bad. He's growing on me like Dooling did right around this same time last year.

good points on barbosa. i am glad he is with the celtics and he can provide immediate and great offense....some nights.

other nights he simply is out of control.  :)

but i think his energy will help the now woefully thin celtic bench.

We won that game because of Barbosa... his spark off the bench led to that comeback and woke the team up.

Great last second pickup by Danny

Leandrinho is a beast!
Just less threes. Go to the rack.
No more 1/4 from downtown please!

And certainly a great pickup.
I was with him since the start

And he is playing defense with a lot of effort, as is Terry.

Barbosa was terrific. Especially in the fourth quarter. His scoring in that period was vital to winning the game.

Been saying this since game #1 against MIA.

Guy is instant energy and should have been getting minutes all year, especially when we went through those streaks of lethargic offense earlier in the year.

Glad he has been shining since his number has been called.

Now let it continue to be called!

I cant believe Doc has been playing Rondo 40 minutes and not giving Barbarossa any playing time.

I hope he learned his lesson.

I feel that Barbosa's surge is like a slap in the face to Terry, cuz now Terry is also playing well

Doc will not learn. I like him, hate him, don't understand him, love him, but yeah he isn't gonna learn.

nice to see the ball pushed up the court , the way it should brand hard nose defense on their guards to limit their setup offense.

props for Bosa
