Our biggest strength? Our small forwards. They rank second in the NBA in terms of net points (points scored vs. points allowed), and are second in the NBA in PER differential. Point guard has also been a success, with our PGs ranking 4th in PER differential despite getting outscored by most teams (19th).
We have two big weaknesses, relative to the rest of the league. Our SGs rank 28th in points scored, 27th in rebounding, 29th in assists, and 30th in free throws. We rank 29th at SG in terms of net points, and are 27th in PER differential. Bradley's return should help there quite a bit, but it's a clear indictment of what Terry and Lee have done so far, relative to their peers.
Similarly, power forward has been a horror show. We rank 26th in points, 27th in FG%, 23rd in rebounding, 25th in assists, and 24th in FTA. We're near the bottom of the league in net scoring, rebounding, FG%, and FTA, and rank 28th in PER differential.
Clearly, we need to upgrade our big man rotation. We're giving up a huge advantage to just about every team in the league, and that's not a recipe for any sort of success.

In other words our only chance vrs Miami is PP and Jeff Green to shine
KG abuse Birdman and Rondo abuse their PGs
and still that way we are some kind of doomed

Optimists perspective:
As you say, hopefully, Bradley's return helps shore up our shooting guard position.
KG's return to center and less minutes for Collins should help our center position. Wilcox's return as a back up should help there too.
The continually improving play of Sully should help our power forward position.

Jives with what one would assume based on just watching the team.
We've started role players at SG and PF all year who are probably best suited to a bench role.
We really need more production from the SG position. If Bradley can get into form and average 10-12 points a night and Terry can find his sixth man form giving us 12-14 a night, that would help tremendously. As it stands, SG is a big question mark for us every night, other than Bradley's phenomenal defense.
Pierce is top 4 at his position (behind only LeBron, Durant, and Melo), and Green, though overpaid, is a more productive backup than many teams have.
Garnett still has nights where he looks great on offense, but for the most part he's a reliable complimentary option on that end as a deadly mid-range jumpshooter and occasional post-scorer. On the defensive end he's still unparalleled as a quarterback of the team-defense and defender of the pick and roll. We're hurt at the center position by the utter lack of a capable backup.
Sullinger is developing into a really solid power forward. He looks great playing next to Garnett, especially. Bass looks good some nights, and is a liability on others. Overall, we go into pretty much every matchup having a disadvantage at the power forward position. The Celtics desperately need somebody with size, athleticism, rebounding, and inside scoring ability to put next to KG at either the 4 or the 5. The Cs also really lack a shotblocker.

Fortunately, the Celtics don't have to beat the entire NBA to get a Championship. They just have to make the playoffs, get through the East (aka Miami), and beat the best team out of the West. That's discrete numbers of match-ups over best of seven series.

Once again, the numbers would be quite different between the games Bradley has appeared in--and those he hasn't.
