Title: Sam Young
Post by: ssspence on January 07, 2013, 10:57:23 AM
Once he's healthy, I'd like to see the Cs bring him in for a workout.

I've always liked his defense, and am bloody tired of seeing Jeff Green do his matador routine on both the perimeter AND on the block... Ole!

He could be a valuable guy on the bench in the playoffs to stop bleeding against SFs.

I am not sure there is space for him right now, but I agree that he would be a good target, if they end up trading away some of their depth on the wing.

If we make a trade a get super thin hes worth a work out. Other than that I dont see him giving us much.

If the Cs don't net additional players and / or salary in trade, they do. Obviously, this wouldn't happen until a trade is made (if any) or the deadline passes.

True.  They will need one more perimeter guy at some point for insurance.  But either way, its likely an end of February thing.

I immediately thought he would be a good fit as soon as he was waived.

His defense and energy would be nice at the 3.
