I saw recent interviews one with Dwight.
Interviewer asks: "Whos team is this?"
Dwight says: "This is the Lakers team"
Interviewer asks: "But is it your team or Kobe's team"
Dwight says again: "This is the Lakers team"
Interview with Kobe:
Interviewer asks: "Whos team is this?"
Kobe says: "This is my team, It will be Dwight's team when I retire"
I just got the sense that there could be some ego problems on that team. They might have been better off with Bynum instead of Dwight.

Who knows how their personalities will clash, but we can make a pretty good guess about how they will co-exist on the court. I can't see Kobe passing to Dwight anymore than he's passed to Pau these past years, especially considering Gasol is much better at passing it back to him. Kobe thinks this is an isolation game, even more-so now that he's getting older and less able to create plays. The Lakers will win many games despite this, just as they've managed the last few years (and now with more rebounding and defense).

Dwight's too laid back for it to be too much of a problem, at least as far as personality clash goes.
The real issue will be how Kobe and Nash co-exist. I mean, Nash's whole game is based on dominating the ball and running off multiple screens until he can make a play. Literally everything in Phoenix revolved around him when he was on the floor. There's no way Kobe is going to tolerate even a little of that.

Dwights an idiot who cares what he says? It's Kobe's team for the time being.

Did Superman and Lex Luthor ever co-exist, lol?
Lakers have Superman now, supposedly, so Kobe must be....

There is no way this laker team is gonna hold up in the long run, it is a disaster waiting to happen.
There is not enough shots to go around with kobe shot-jacking and not enough touches with kobe ball-hoggin.
There is gonna be a meltdown between kobe and nash or kobe and dwight that is for certain its just a question of when.

I hope not.
I am hoping for a spectacular implosion.

I agree. It feels much more morally right to hope for an implosion than to hope for an injury. But it's going to take one or the other for this LA team with 4 top 20 players to lose in the West.
I despise them.

agreed, i can also see nash being a very intelligent vet trying to talk to kobe about jacking shots, ball movement etc
i could just be hoping but i think they are going to have issues, i don't think howard will need THAT many shots but nash is very effective at dominating the ball and court vision, this would mean less 1 on 1 by kobe and more movement without the ball.... :-\
if i'm pau i'd ask to be traded to celtics for 2nd round draft pick 8)

Did Kobe and Shaq co-exist? NO.
They still won, unfortunately it might be the case once again. i sure hope DH will not resign.

This debate got better and more intense as it went on, but unfortunately they don't include it all.
