You can offer him a half million more by trading off two guys that wont ever play. you also free up Moore's spot to give to Dooling if you want a 5th guard on the roster.

Lee has to agree to a new contract that pays that kind of salary.
He mentioned as many as eight teams are interested in him. It's likely that at least one of them could use some or all of the MLE to sign him.
