I think LA should be the slight favourite to win this game due to the absences of Shaquille O'Neal, Jermaine O'Neal, Marquis Daniels and Semih Erden.

Obviously you took that a little more literally than i meant it. He will be scoring his usual leaps and bounds , im more worried in how much we can score. Especially with this new found news that paul isn't feeling well, and he was our scoring rock last time around. baby can hold his own....wafer is going to have to play some SF...i expect we see a rondo, nate, ray, baby and perk line up at times..lakers bench isn't that strong other than odom. he is the toughest match up...and boston has had 2 days off before and after this game...guys can burn a little longer if needed...

Im usually not one to complain about refs, but this game is a prime example of how horrible the NBA referees are about calling a game one way during one quarter or half, then doing a complete 180 in the next quarter or half.

anybody who thinks the Spurs are gonna beat this Laker team in the playoffs is totally wishful thinking. What answer do they have for Kobe again?? That's a 6 game laker win. We need to worry about finding back ups for Pierce and or Allen. Foul trouble will happen against Lebron and Wade too. Kinda wish Tony Allen were still here. Guess that extra year and 3 million was too much for Danny. Sunday scares me, alot.

Danny should seriously consider adding a backup SF asap. No point waiting for Marquis...homecourt advantage is very important...we can't expect them to go on a similar playoffs run like last year.

Nobody here cares if we win 62 games or 58, and don't give me that nonsense that we can't beat the Heat in a 7 game series without HCA. Miami *has no* HCA. We can win 2 games there in a playoff series.

Right now, I think weŽll see a Mavericks - Celtics finals.
A final with us and the mavericks would be bad since we couldn't beat them in two regular season games with most of our guys :(
