Key Matchups
(http://i.cdn.turner.com/si/.e1d/img/4.0/global/basketball/nba/players/847.jpg)  vs  (http://i.cdn.turner.com/si/.e1d/img/4.0/global/basketball/nba/players/4129.jpg)
Shaquille O'Neal vs Andrea Bargnani
This is where KG is going to be missed.  Neither Shaq nor Big Baby matches up well with Bargnani.  Shaq is not quick enough to shadow him out to the perimeter and Big Baby has a big height disadvantage.  Semih might be our best center to match up with him.

(http://i.cdn.turner.com/si/.e1d/img/4.0/global/basketball/nba/players/4149.jpg)  vs  (http://i.cdn.turner.com/si/.e1d/img/4.0/global/basketball/nba/players/3989.jpg)
Rajon Rondo vs Jose Calderon
How will Rondo follow up his triple double vs San Antonio?  He should have the advantage over Calderon and if he comes to play may have another big game.

Honorable Mention
Ray Allen vs DeMar DeRozan
Ray had a big game against the Spurs and hopefully can pick up where he left off in that game (minus the free throw misses).  DeRozan is becoming a go to guy for the Raptors and so Ray needs to tire him out by running him off of screens along with making him play defense by hitting his shots.

Keys to the Game
Rebound -  The Celtics have got to crash the boards to prevent second chance points. The Celtics have been out rebounded in 7 straight games now although they were within one rebound of the Spurs.   Rebounding takes effort and when they aren't winning the battle of the boards, they aren't putting the effort out in other areas either.

No Let Down - After a big game like the Celtics had against the Spurs there is always the chance that the Celtics will have a let down game and play down to competition.  The Raptors are not a good team but have already caught the Celtics napping and beat them in their first meeting.  The Celtics should not lose 2 games to this team and need to take this one seriously in spite of the Raptors' record.

Defense -  The Celtics must make defense their first priority in each and every game.  Without KG, they just can't play defense in spurts and expect to turn it on at the end.  They must play strong defense all game.  With the Raptors, they must particularly guard the perimeter as they love to shoot from beyond the arc.

Control the Paint - The Celtics need to continue to rule the paint on both ends of the court.  They have to continue to take the ball to the hoop and not just depend on jumpers, especially if the jumpers aren't falling.  They have outscored their opponents in the paint in most of their games and they have to continue that trend.  Also they have to defend the paint and not allow easy shots and put backs by the Raptors.

Game Notes
This is the 4th and final meeting between these two teams this season.  The Raptors won the first game but the Celtics came back to win the next two.  Both teams have had a lot of injuries and both teams will be missing key players in this contest as well.

The Raptors are 3-7 in their last 10 games and are looking to win their second straight game after beagint the Cavs on Wednesday night.  The Celtics are 7-3 in their last 10 and have won 3 in a row.   The Celtics aer 15-2 at home while the Raptors are 5-13 on the road.

The Celtics have to be careful in this game not to play down to the Raptors' record.   After a tough Spurs game it would be easy to have a let down game and come out slowly against this team.  But regardless of their record, they can be a dangerous team, as we found out in the first game between them.

X-Factors

Trap Game and Home Court
The Celtics have to be very careful not to take this team for granted.  They can't have a let down from Wednesday's big win or they might find themselves splitting the series with the not very good Raptors 2-2 this season.  The Celtics have been doing a good job of protecting their home court and that may be the motivation they need to come out strong against this team.

I really hope league pass lets us listen to Mike and Tommy, because im going to smash my TV if i have to listen to the Raptors announcers talk about Derozan as if he his Micheal Jordan again .

I hope we come out swinging and everyone can continue our great playing. Hopefully we can get this one over with in the first half, and let the bench run rampid so the starters can rest for the Bulls.

Baby doesnt even try to box out some times.

I was about to post the same.  I just turned the game on 5 minutes ago and watched 3 straight defensive rebounding plays where he didn't properly box out and someone jumped up and got the ball.  Fortunately 1 of those times Rondo recognized it and knocked the ball off Toronto.

I'm loving our offense against the Raptors.

Nice balance of homerism and admiration for other teams.

Much better than Sean Elliot with the Spurs.  Or the Cleveland color guy.

I rewound it, if Rondo hurt himself I'm not sure when.  He ooped it to Shaq, then came back down and tried to drop it in to Ray, then Doc pulled him.  Maybe he was hobbling but there wasn't an obvious incident where he might've been hurt.

No need to aggravate the injury.
He seems to be smiling on the bench. If it was serious I guess he would be in the locker room.

Davis on pace for a whopping 4 rebounds in 3 games.  We need clifford ray back to teach him how to adequately box out and put himself between the opponent and the hoop.

Loving the Shaq ally-oops highlights.

Raptors D is so bad that Bradley gets a wide open lay-up of the drive (which gets all air off the glass).

Nice to see a blowout like this, and the starters getting some rest. CHI's going to be a tough game tomorrow, but I think we'll take care of business.

Now I see why he played Shooting Guard in College. I have seen Centers with better handles than Avery. but on second thought, he can't shoot neither. He is a big ol' mess right now. The great thing about the situation is that the Celtics can afford to be patient.

I think what gets Nate out of slumps is reminding him that we need his energy and scoring, rather than playmaing and generalship.  Nate can shoot lights out when he is of mind to shoot.  It will lead to a few games where he heaves up a few too many, but overall, this is his game, it's the dimension he adds to this team.  Nate should not be thinking pass and playmaking -- just hustle and shoot.

Forget it, they gift wrapped this game for miami. I vote for the bucks to be downgraded to a d league team. I don't think I've seen a worse offensive team...

Watching for the first time, (replay on CSNNE) ... Pierce has been playing like he's ten years younger of late ... Ray and KG, too (before he got hurt) ... so great to see them in a groove! I think they've injected new life into Shaq as well. Man, this team is so deep already ... can't wait until KG, Perk and Delonte are back!

A good old-fashion blowout, just what we needed to give the starters some rest before tonight's back to back, nice!

It was great to see Luke have a breakout game, he made the Raptors pay. Hopefully he keep this gained confidence in his shooting for his next games but unfortunately that's now it works with rookies!

Nice win, and the scoring very balanced between the starters and the bench, which is always nice. Let's hope it gives us enough of a shot-in-the-arm to get us another win tomorrow against an improved Bulls team. Go Celtics!
