Title: whats up with the HOF?

nick,  i posted this question in a thread, but figured i would just make a new topic to ask.  for all the HOF voting, who votes/decides?  if you want input, personally i think the mods should decide amongst themselves.  regular posters can be part of the nominating process, but the voting and decision making should go to the mods if u ask me.
