What a crazy offseason. From a #1 seed, we traded 4 of our 5 starters. And only Horford, Smart, Rozier and Jaylen are returning. Here's the offseason summary:

IN:
Kyrie
Hayward
Tatum
Morris
Baynes
Semi
Yabu
Larkin
2018 LAL pick

OUT:
IT
Bradley
Crowder
Amir
Green
Olynyk
Mickey
Young
2017 BKN pick
2018 BKN pick

What do you guys think?

Hayward is a big positive.

Giving up Fultz, IT, and the BRK pick? That's rough.

losing the Brooklyn pick in an overpay for Kyrie really stings.

We now have 2 of top 20 players in the league and we had none prior this offseason. We still have young core  to provide us depth. With Crowder now gone, JB and Tatum have PT to properly develop.

The 2018 BKN pick is indeed rough. Seems like an overpay by Ainge.
